"I was born naturally thin with a high metabolism. In my youth, I always hated being thinner with longer limbs than the average girl. Clothes never fit me right, and I couldn’t gain weight no matter what I tried. I truly feel that I have only just grown into and accepted my body recently. While I still have naturally high metabolism, and thank god that I can eat without much restriction, in recent years I have added regular exercise into my routine. I have experimented in many facets of exercise including yoga, running, weight lifting, personal training, and high intensity training. Right now, I have a routine at my gym, which includes running and some weight lifting with some yoga classes mixed in. I have been able to gain weight and muscle mass for the first time in my life and have never felt more comfortable in my own skin."
