"I'm hyper vigilant about nutrition. If I gain 5 pounds, I work really hard to make sure I take them off as soon as possible. I eat super clean and work out when I can. I also own a cooking school for children, and teach my students about nutrition. It's important to me to be a good role model for the kids."
