"I have to attribute it to diet and exercise and recently incorporated meditation, which has really had a positive impact on my weight. I do Transcendental Meditation and it is something I’m very excited about because it’s also curing my insomnia. I can highly recommend the book “Super Mind” or “The Relaxation Response” if you want to learn more about it.
Exercise is very important to weight maintenance or weight loss. It boosts self esteem and lowers your appetite, and builds muscle. Muscle burns more calories. Find something you love. - you might resist at first, but then you’ll evolve and end up loving it. Also, I suggest finding something that you can do independently: dancing, yoga, lifting weights, or stretching. Something you like to do!"
