"I am naturally thin, but I work very hard in the gym for a muscular body. Wise food choices, conscious living and lots of exercise in a variety of forms! I cheat at least once/week in general and pizza every 2nd week or so! Cheat days are important because you allow yourself to indulge guilt free while maintaining a healthy regime the rest of the week. The end result is you never feel like you are depriving yourself. I suffered with anorexia when I was 21 years old. It is ultimately what led me into bodybuilding and on to receive my fitness and nutrition certification, so that I could help other people. I have NO issues with food now at all, due to the fact that I gained an understanding of how my body uses it to actually HELP me reach my weight and fitness goals!
Love yourself, right now. Wherever you are. Decide that you are OK right now, but you are not OK with staying OK. You want to be more than OK. Figure out what that looks like for you and decide WHY you want to reach this goal…and then DO IT!!! Focus on the energy you are putting out rather than the calories you are putting in! GET MOVING! Desire health."
