I also surf when I can, bike when I can, work out 4 or so times a week....And take the stairs. It's a conscious choice I make because I have a lot of relatives who are ill due to weight related illnesses. I'm going down fighting!"

"I eat off of a small plate, not a dinner plate, which I think is a helpful trick for helping with portion sizes. Not snacking, not eating after dinner, no junk food, no coffee, no soda, a healthy exercise program….it all adds up! I overindulge here and there on the weekend, but again, I don’t go crazy, and I do go back to my more healthful regimen during the week."
