"I do a lot of walking every day, and I frequently walk up the stairs to my 12th floor apartment. My eating habits are very good and helpful to my metabolism: I eat a very large and varied breakfast at around 5:30am (usually including half an avocado, cottage cheese, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, toast, maybe some liverwurst, coffee) and an early lunch/dinner combo in the late afternoon. Other than a small glass of wine and a piece of cheese in the evening, I don't have anything else.  That means that typically, from 5:30pm - 5:30am, I give my body a 12-hour fast. And lastly, I'm very happy and I think my mindset really helps to keep me healthy!"
