"I'm a dietician and yoga instructor.  My entire life has been devoted to health, spiritual centering, and helping others in their own journey.  I believe you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, but do it in moderation.  I have a passion for chocolate and I indulge frequently, but when I do, I try to balance it with a little more exercise.  I also have sex regularly....I think that's so important!! Be good to yourself, love your body, love your health, and don't take it for granted.  Do everything you can to optimize it!"
