"I think it’s a combination of genetics - my folks were both heavy, but I got the genes of my uncles and aunts, who were all thin - and physical activity. I’m very active. I do dance classes regularly (4 days a week) and have been dancing my entire life. I also take trapeze classes and love it. I’m very aware of my body, and I really use it!"
