"Wow!  You are asking the right guy!  I ardently pursue fitness and health. I do hot yoga six times a week, strength training workouts three times a week, and I cycle all over Manhattan seven days a week.  I also eat great. When I eat, I ask myself 'how is this going to help me perform better and keep me healthy?'  That's the only thing I'm concerned with is the healthfulness and nutrition of my meals, not flavor or cravings, just health. I wear 34" jeans - the same size I did when I was in high school."
