"I have been plump, and later heavy, my entire life. I began to seriously make changes after I had my first child. I didn't want my children to go through the same struggles I've gone through. So I cut out carbs, except for the weekends, and I don't drink, except for special occasions or a night out with the girls. I've really worked hard to find the balance that works for me. I have the most stubborn and sluggish metabolism, but my determination won out and I finally found the right way...for me and I'm proud of the changes I've made.
