"I have a high metabolism due to an active lifestyle. I'm a former dancer, and I eat 80% healthy, lean clean foods. I don't eat a lot of dairy, gluten, fat or sugar, but when I do, I work it off with activity: gym, bike, or yoga. Also, I don't eat 3 hours before bedtime. I think of food as FUEL for my body, like putting premium gas in my tank so that my engine runs best!!"
